How this portal handles your account, your documents and your data.
Privacy
We store only what the portal needs to work: your name, email address, organisation, the folders you are granted, and a log of your views, downloads and uploads. Documents are held in a private store and delivered through short-lived signed links. Nothing is shared with third parties and no advertising or analytics trackers are used.
Terms of use
Access is granted by a project administrator and may be withdrawn at any time. Accounts are personal: do not share your credentials. Documents in this portal are project material — redistribute them only to people entitled to receive them. Partner accounts have read-only access; uploading, editing and deleting are reserved to administrators.
Getting help
If you cannot sign in, are missing a folder, or spot an incorrect document, contact the project administrator who invited you. They can reset your password, grant folder access, and republish documents.
